E. Browning’s enthusiasm, dedication and leadership were an inspiration
to many 4-Hers during his days as a 4-H member. He was a mentor to many
youth and adults . The
leadership skills he learned in 4-H were valuable when working with
sponsors to raise funds for 4-H, and his willingness to assist and
dependability were greatly admired by many.
He began his career in sales but returned to Florida and is part
owner of an Insurance agency. Browning is also involved with the St. Johns
County Chamber of Commerce and the St. Johns County Committee of 100.

made me a better parent, businessman and civic contributor,” Browning
said. Currently
he resides with his wife and three children in Ponte Vedra Beach, and for
the past 20 years has been an active contributor to his community
accepting leadership roles in numerous civic activities. He served two
