This school enrichment curriculum consists of tabloids for five lesson units which cover the importance of crops. The Leader's guide is a helpful resource. This interdisciplinary program teaches students through the use of simple experiments that demonstrate such things as ground water contamination and the effects of a variety of nutrients on plants.
