| Ordering INFO | ||
| This is an individual and family resource project for adolescents. The period of adolescence is viewed by many teens as one of extremes: when you're up, you're way up; and when you're down, you feel as if you've hit rock bottom. The maturation process normally causes additional stresses and challenges for teens who are struggling to establish new identities as they pass into adulthood. In EDIS this publication is DLN 4H 051. | ||

NOTE: Health C is available in two versions: Health C-A that offers a balanced risk and consequence approach and C-B which focuses on an abstinence approach to sexual issues. | ||

| HL3 | Choices in a Pack - Tobacco Education Curriculum NM-1 | Ordering INFO |
| The Choices Rodeo uses an interactive environment to teach tobacco facts with a teenage twist. For example kids learn how many CD's they could buy in a year instead of cigarettes, that tobacco has the same chemicals found in toilet cleaner, and that some girls won't kiss guys who use chewing tobacco. The Dating Game gives teens ways to say "NO" to tobacco. Play along as the perfect bachelor or bachelorette chooses a date based on views about tobacco. Kids love the humor, and the setting holds their interest. Produced by New Mexico State University Las Cruces, available through National 4-H Council. | ||
