| The Moving Ahead Together staff development curriculum provides complete lesson plans and participant support materials to prepare adults to work effectively with youth in non-formal (out of school) settings. This 600-page curriculum has demonstrated success in providing both youth development professionals and volunteer youth workers with a baseline understanding of the principles and practices of youth development work. Instructions for trainers in the delivery of these materials are clear and easily followed. The use of a "What to Do", "What to Say" format and the inclusion of handout and overhead masters contribute to the user-friendly nature of the lesson plans.
