The 2008 Topic is Fabric Care

4-H Clothing Skill-A-Thons are:

•  a set of skill stations where youth get a chance to test their knowledge hands on.  

• at each station, there is a situation and a task that must be completed relating to the situation.  

    There are three areas (stations) that youth are tested on: 

1. Fabric Identification and Fabric Care (These topics alternate each year)

2. Clothing Selection,

3. Clothing Construction (Construction Division) OR Consumer Buying (Selection Division)
